Each of our therapies are located individually within a private room with locking abilities.

There is however space available within the ice bath, saunas and normatec compression rooms to allow for shared or group sessions, with attendees of your choice.

A core value at Cure HQ Recovery, is privacy and due to our therapies being in completely separate rooms, we of course had to ensure that almost all of our therapy rooms were fitted with a shower too!

Both our Infrared Sauna and Traditional Sauna have their own showers, each with body wash and shampoo.

In addition, to the two showers cubicles located within both, the Male & Female bathrooms.

With the ice bath room offering another separate shower, however this one is predominantly used for the pre-plunge rinsing
